CLASSES UPDATE: 2 June 2024

Live classes in my home studio

Since opening my home studio the number of students I am teaching continues to grow. With an increased demand for in person classes together with a reduced demand for online classes I have decided to reduce the number of online classes to just two per week.

As I have learnt, an injury doesn’t mean you need to pause your practice so don’t be afraid to ask if you need to start with chair yoga or with lots of props to make your practice accessible, I can always offer options, assuming you have had medical advice allowing you to exercise.

If you are interested in private (in person or online) sessions (Yoga or Pilates), do get in touch. I can take a maximum of 3 students in my home studio at one time.

Prices:

One student in person: £25 or £22 online

Two students in person: £15/student or £13/student online

Three students in person: £13.50/student or £10/student online

Online Classes

Saturday morning classes:

These classes are aimed at those students who are familiar with yoga poses and would like a slightly more dynamic/strong class.

Tuesday evening Yoga classes :

Tuesday evening classes for all levels with options always given

Prices £6.00/student including access to a recording of the class if requested for approximately 6 months.

Recorded Classes:

Participating in live online classes is not always possible, perhaps due to time and/or space constraints. Therefore, if you wish access to any previous class recordings or a recording of a class you had to miss (£6/class for 6 months) please email me at yogawithsal1@gmail.com and I will sort it for you.

Practicing some Yoga and Pilates can help you both mentally and physically to maintain a sense of calmness and keep your body moving and flexible. Yoga has been recently endorsed by Michael Mosley in his “Just One Thing” series (https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m001zdvw). Whether you are a novice to Yoga, Pilates or exercise or run marathons, yoga and/or Pilates can benefit everybody.

My classes are designed to bring both breath, movement and mind into unison and I will always offer options so irrespective of your age, ability or injury there will always be an option for you. I have a couple of options of class level so there is a little guidance on the levels for each class is mainly orientated towards, but please do contact me if you are at all unsure.

I have received feedback from several people who attend my Zoom and live classes saying that they have really helped them with their mental health. I must say it has certainly helped me and continues to help me to remain optimistic.
